Blue Apple Fitness is an online market place that brings together the latest fitness supplements, clothing and accessories in a one stop shop. We are a community of fitness enthusiast, who want to bring the best products to our customer focused.

How Do I Make A Purchase?
Making a purchase couldn’t be simpler, find a product, add it to your cart, checkout, enter your payment details and then wait for your goods to arrive!
You can create an account if you want, as this will things a little easier the next time you but (remembering some basic details, your previous purchase and tracking your order etc), or you can just go straight through to check out)
How will I know when my package has been dispatched??
You will receive an email notification of when you order has been placed and another email when it has been dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each of our selling partners may have slightly different delivery timescales. Just check out their shop and you should find all the details you need. If you can’t find it or have a question, drop them a note they will be more than happy to respond.
Where Can I View All My Orders?
If you have created an account, then you will be able to log in and see all your past and current purchases in one place (making reordering ow so simple).
If you haven’t got an account, then just take a look back through some of the emails and you should be able to find what you have bought!
How Much Does Delivery Cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express
What payment systems do you use?
We have chosen to use Stripe as our third party payment processing system for it’s strong security features, ease of use and functionally.
Note we do not store any of your card details.
Can I use Paypal?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. Stripe seems to be working well (and people seem to be loving it) however if you ask for it there is no reason why we won’t consider it in the soon!
How do I return or request a refund for an item?
To return an item, contact the seller direct. You can click the Get Support button on their shop front and communicate directly with them.
Please also take note of the sellers return policies.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once the seller has received your return and had a chance to process it, it can take up to 5 days for the money to show back in your bank account.
How do I complain?
Customer satisfaction and feedback is key to Blue Apple Fitness. If you are unhappy with any part of your service, then you can raise a ticket with our selling partner and they have 48 hours to respond and resolve the issue. If things are not resolved, then you can always get in touch with us at Blue Apple Fitness and we will do our best to help.

How do I get in touch with a selling partner?
If you want to ask one of our selling partners a questions simply use the “Get Support” option on their shop and they will be more than happy to help.
Can I rate a seller?
Customer satisfaction and feedback is key to Blue Apple Fitness. We have an inbuilt customer rating system that allows you to rate your experience with each selling partner. We may not get it right first time but we will use your feedback to ensure we all learn and improve.
Do I have to create an account with blue apple?
No not at all. You can simply purchase and check out or just browse some of the sites great content.
If you do create an account, you will be able track all your purchasing history, remember basic information, and you will receive our newsletter with some great info and special offers.
How do I reset my Password/User name?
Simply visit the My Account page, and there you will find a Lost Password link. Follow this and reset your password.
Can I opt out of marketing material?
Of course when you place your order you can check the opt out of marketing material box and you won’t receive a thing. If you opted in and want to opt out you just need to click the Unsubscribe link in the email.
