Dear Valued BAF Members, Guests, & Community,
We are saddened to report that Blue Apple Fitness must immediately close its doors at our 1800 N. Western Avenue location.
Due to our Landlord’s failure to disclose a serious construction defect in the studio flooring, and refusal to correct, we have no choice but to leave this facility. Blue Apple Fitness holds our client’s health and safety higher than our desire to continue operations.
We have chosen to pursue legal action against the Landlords, 1800 N. Western Ave., Inc., as well as against its owner Greg Hainault and Melissa Murphy Hainault, and their construction company GJH Developments, Inc. We are hopeful that the judicial system will hold them accountable for their failures.
Furthermore, we have been the recipient of the Landlord’s persistent malicious attempts to hurt our reputation and confidence with our members, employees and surrounding community. These Landlords have persistently demonstrated their disdain for our continued success and disregard for our client’s safety and health.
Blue Apple Fitness will return to the drawing board and search to relocate and rebuild. We will find a location where our members are safe, our staff can remain healthy and where there is a concerted effort to succeed.
In the meantime, all current memberships & pre-paid packages will be frozen with more information as to our next move coming soon. We regret and realize the inconvenience that these circumstances have caused you, and we hope to win you back with our future endeavors.
Thank you for your business, loyalty, and support while allowing us to enrich the community. We look forward to a fresh future! (Pun intended.)
Cheers in Good Health,
Blue Apple Fitness, LLC
